- Attend OEM FAT’s, Manage OEM SAT’s, Oversee ACO Execution
- Oversee PI Configuration and Testing
- Oversee MES Interaction Activities With PI
- PI Data Pull from OEM SQL Tables
- Any Adhoc PLC/SCADA Programming & Modifications
- Panel Installation and Testing Oversight
- Inter OEM Skid Hardwired Communication Oversight
- Oversee Power Termination Activities to OEM Control Panels
- Test Document Development and Execution
- FAT and SAT Support
- Startup and Commissioning Support
- Project Close Out Support
Mangan team was onsite during the COVID-19 pandemic to implement and commission this project alongside other supporting groups. Project was completed and delivered successfully during a period when working onsite and integrating into a team of engineers, manufacturing associates, vendors, and subcontractors was very challenging.
